Due to the nature of our products, we do not offer a refund or return policy on fruit and perishable items. We do not accept returns under any circumstance because the gift has been customized for you and cannot be sold to someone else. We only deliver our gourmet baskets within the Greater Toronto Area (GTA) area to ensure the quality and freshness of our delectable goods.
